This notice explains how the public Languages and Culture Without Borders website handles personal data when visitors consult the project information and learning resources.
The published website is an informational Erasmus+ project showcase. It does not provide public user accounts, comments or online payments. It includes an optional newsletter request: when visitors submit their email address, the website opens their email application so the request is sent directly to the project contacts. The website itself does not store the email address.
When a page is requested, the hosting provider may process technical connection data, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, date and time. These data are used only to deliver the website, keep it secure, investigate faults and prevent abuse. They are not used by the project for profiling or marketing.
Technical data are handled by the hosting provider within the limits necessary for service operation and security, according to its contractual and legal retention rules. Newsletter requests received by email are used to send project news and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting erasmus@iscollege-edu.it or bilgi@aykokullari.com. Links to Erasmus+ and partner social media pages open external websites. Those services are independent controllers and apply their own privacy information.
Visitors may exercise the rights available under applicable data-protection law, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
